Job Overview
We are seeking motivated entry-level candidates with a solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming and fundamental database management skills, such as SQL Server or MySQL. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a strong understanding of programming basics, data structures, algorithms, and logical reasoning.

Responsibilities and Duties
– Demonstrate strong programming capabilities and effective communication skills
– Possess sound knowledge of database systems and management
– Comprehend and apply fundamental concepts like OOP and their implementation in development projects
– Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements to support the company’s competitiveness and innovation
– Contribute to documentation activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
– Understand and apply Agile methodologies in project work
– Develop and contribute to websites or projects during the training period

Required Skills & Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA)
– Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Node.js will be considered an added advantage
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
– Experience or familiarity with Agile development practices
